About vytas Kas

Author and founder of the qph method

Vytas Kas was raised by a single mother, after losing his father at the age of 6. After contracting pneumonia at an early age he developed an autoimmune disease, living in the hospital for the first 5 years of his life. Later, in 2015 after graduating the University of Aberdeen, Institute of Medical Science with a Medical Science degree, he re-developed the autoimmune condition.

After years of fighting for his physical health, he was left with mental health weakness and depression. It wasn't long until his University studies in Advanced Psychology and Health Sciences turned into passion in order to fight and change his circumstances. 

In 2016 through scientific research and mentors he developed his own unique expertise - in changing beliefs and reconditioning the mind. This allowed him to be able to reshape his self-image, thoughts, emotions and perceptions completely transforming his experience.

Since then Vytas Kas is an Author, Founder of Self-Master Academy, a sought out coach, mentor and consultant to individuals from all around the world. His work is helping people of different backgrounds and history, to overcome their own emotional pain, limiting beliefs and barriers. His methodology is providing people with new level of control and choice in creating their own freedom.
